Service despicable.....would give zero star rating if Google would let me ....Only person at counter waiting to be served , staff completely blanked me .....Was as if I was doing her a disservice by wanting her to do her job and serve ....Ended up walking away after complaining and buying food elsewhere

Not a very friendly experience at M4 Membury Services and the staff with beard very disrespectful to customers and also not having tissues to go with lunch when questioned advised to fetch it in some other food joints in the food court not a good experience avoid this

Had the cheese steak as it was and it was sooo yummy. The guy serving was so helpful to. Great service.. definitely worth the walk over the bridge

The woman who served me looked like she didn’t want to work, was not friendly and like she couldn’t be bothered to put any effort into my food, made me a terribly messy sandwich, didn’t ask what I wanted in salad or sauce section which is very rude especially after a long journey. It was a waste of money and not worth it.

Rude staff, and they aim to put as less salad as possible, not even spread it on all the sandwich also if you want something extra you get overcharged.

The women who served me over charged me, I told her the sign clearly states in two places behind her that what I ordered was £6.29 (6 inch sub meal deal) yet she wouldn't let me have the meal without paying £7.29. I told her about the sales of goods act 1986 and she had no idea. She couldn't even under what I was saying when asking for a cup!! Absolutely fuming.
Got food poisoning (this was the onlyPlace i ate anything all day) awful place the food was also disgusting.

Went here today for the teriyaki vegan sandwich. I know what to expect from Subway and that's what I got. The lady was friendly and changed her gloves when she made my vegan sandwich. It was delicious and made fast. Thank you :)

The worst food establishment I have ever encountered.There was no ‘hi’ or ‘hello’. Just one woman pointing to another which didn’t speak English. After standing there awkwardly for a moment I told them what I wanted, having not been asked if I wanted cheese or toasted; they automatically did it.They then assumed that I was with the 3 other people stood behind me, leaving me to wait at the payment till whilst they take their order, AND THEN asking if we were together. I was then beckoned back up the prep line and the woman then asked what salad dressings I would like, to confuse peppers from onions.One lady then just said the price, where I then had to reiterate I wanted a meal.When questioning why there was such poor service they was speaking to one another in their own language and sadly for them; having Pakistani friends I understand some foul language.They was not wearing any ID or name badges. It was on 8/11/22 @ 16:30. Woman in mid 50’s and another in early 20’s. Both need a different job as customer service is next to none.
