New people seem much better and fill your sub

All of the Subways I've visited 'round Reading have a service with a smile and very fresh food with crispy salads. The big breakfast with 2 runny poached eggs is amazing and the meat ball sub is very easy to eat no hard bits in either sub ?

Best staff. I particularly come to this subway store leaving behind a closer one to my residence.They make the best sub, not like other stores where they don't fill the salad & sauce adequatelyThere is limited parking in front of the store

Not very many vegetarian options for a sub and the cheese is a v small portion, even if you double it up, still only about 2 slices of cheese!

My son ordered 2 subs and asked for brown bread ,his roll was fine ,they did not have brown sub and he couldn't see what they put in mine and they did not ask him if he'd like an alternative! Instead I just got salad in a box with 3 tiny slithers of turkey inside which I had to dig through the salad to find !! Not even enough to fill the sub ,he was still charged the same price for basically a box of salad !! Very poor service service in my opinion and I had to add my own meat to make it a meal

Hello Julie and Abi the staff who work in the restaurant have yelled at me in front of 3 people that I have to wait 10 minutes when I have been very polite asking for my order... I am a delivery rider... the manager knows me and knows that I am a very polite person... I am also working... and what cannot be allowed is that they come to yell at you like that... and tell me that if I don't like it, I should cancel the order…

Not good service... we ordered fiery grilled nachos and they were nothing like the pic.. just some nachos and cheese and sauce randomly splashed, not even baked properly...

This is the second occasion I have ordered from this subway with incorrect itemsI ordered 3 x hash browns which come in a box of 6.I have received 1 box with 3 hashbrowns inside rather than 3 boxes. Really?And when ringing the store there is no answer. Very frustrating!

Been a regular for years, any time of day, usually happy enough. One of my regular orders if I come in the morning is breakfast sub bacon only plus coffee if the deal is available. I get 2 slices of bacon plus cheese etc if I order bacon only or 1 slice if it’s with other things like egg/sausage. It’s more expensive of course but I’m already wondering why its less bacon for a start but I usually let that go. Recently (early 2021) i went in to order the bacon sub only to have a new face insist its 1 slice of bacon only for my usual & that it’s “always been this way” when I questioned it. Wasn’t happy with the servers stubborn attitude about it. A regular server who i knew from previously looked sheepish about it and refused back me up. Appalling. I told them no, abandoned my order & walked out. Also subway open relatively late these days for breakfast, not leaving you much time to get it it in, sunday opening is frankly a joke in particular regard to this. Actually i have never returned to subway since at any time, because the incident left a bitter taste in my mouth. Evening staff unfailingly rude & unhelpful aswell. I got points to use so sometimes fancy a hot drink but “machine never working” (when in fact it clearly is working!). Manager aware of it but does nothing…
