Disgusting. The disabled toilet has had a broken toilet seat for some time now. I am told that it has been reported to BP head office with no resolve. The disabled has got to build up of dust and dirt I don't think it has been cleaned this side of the new year. Staff here really need to be cleaning this toilet and keeping it clean.

Shop in here every morning for coffee around 5 am just recently some of you staff have become rude maybe they just need more training with customer relations the young Romanian girl was very rude and said she wasn't going to serve me again which is fine I will get my coffee elsewhere the old lady seems to take her stress out on everyone who comes into shop because she can not cope with work load..I have a problem when I pass money over into there hand and then when returned while holding my hand out it is put on the counter this is not acceptable...Darren a regular customer....

I wanted to refuel the motorcycle - the pump was not turned on when I did not take off the helmet, they said. Police decision they said. They did not serve me because I did not agree / they broke the law. It was never written about it. It's for the people, not the police. The police also forced people to restrict during the pandemic and what came of it. Next time I call the police and file a case against them. Let the service take off your shoes because I want it.
