Please can we have a drinks menu on the counter as some of us customers can not read the ones on the wall and my app on my phone was saying what the flouvers were for christmas menu. also i could not heat the person serving me very well even though i ware hearing ades, you could keep the card menus all year for whenever u have a special onKid-friendliness: There was a few young childen in thereWheelchair accessibility: I had a pram with me as i had my grandchildern with me

This is not the best Costa coffee shop out there. The choice of food and drinks seems noticeably limited. Although there's a lot of room inside (compared to some other branches) the atmosphere is rather lacklustre. On top of that the service I've been receiving here recently was unfortunately cold or gruff, or simply unprofessional. The staff does the bare minimum, does not exceed expectations in the service, quite often grumpy or unwelcoming.
