Not my usual Costa, went to see what this one was like. It seems that all locations have cut back on their choice of cakes. Went here on a Sunday and it was very quiet. Outdoor seating available although next to a busy road.
Glad to see my complaint some months ago to Area Management did it's job with the Store Manager,(presuming its the same one, (female), improving her disgusting behaviour/attitude).Haven't been back as some old regulars like myself,(with over 12 years of custom there), now go elsewhere, where staff are automatically polite, respectful and do not need the attention of the Area Manager focussing on them to behave properly in a customer service environment.Grateful my efforts at highlighting the Manager's behaviour/attitude have at least done some good!I was not the only customer who experienced this at that time as I started to bump into them quite regularly at other coffee shops, wondered why and heard similar experiences.

The normal staff weren't behind the counter, who are both always very friendly and helpful.The two young ladies today weren't friendly and barely spoke. Poor communication and customer service from them. Unfortunately leaving this review as normally get great service & normally enjoy popping in for a coffee!
