Great Costa, always quick service on my visits, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, good choice of food and cakes and parking with outside seating for the better days.

Not the best, limited selection of food products compared to other Costa's. Often get orders wrong despite having to repeat yourself when ordering. Manager can be rude at times and has an attitude. Can't seem to keep the good staff. Noisy, often Can't get a table at times due to people with laptops and paperwork spread out over tables for four, while nursing a bottle of water for hours on end. Not good if you've arranged a catch up with friends, or college students taking up tables without buying anything. Staff are too scare to say anything. Always seem to have new staff being trained causing long queues. Food not heated properly and luke warm drinks. As I said, not the best. Wouldn't recommend...

Asked for a small coffee: staff without asking gave me cold milk, turned out the coffee was cold, went to exchange but was told off by this stuff rudely with a lecture on how people drink dark coffee. IT is good customer service to ask client would they like warm milk when they've requested it. I personally work for a coffee bar and have never seen this kind of rude service.

Just in trading estate , always a queue and lots of staff but only ever 2 serving , one at till and just one Barista making the coffee . At 2pm limited sandwiches avalible or ran out . Apart from rolls. 2 visits and walked out once due to long queue and slow service .
