This place is an absolute joke. Despite the fact the place was empty, staff couldn't be asked to heat up the food properly. Instead we were served uncooked, pale (I just can't call it meat) disgusting slimy thing. Not even the slightest sign of contact with flame or some other source of heat on it. Hardly any salad there and the bun was definitely not like the one pictured allover the shop, however it was still the best part of the "meal" we were served! . Cash only came as a surprise too!! On top of it all, there was a refurbishment happening in the shop and the sound system testing with volume going on full blast from time to time, giving us a shock every time. That was definitely the last time I visited this pathetic place!

We loved it fantastic..I went 3 days ago and everytime I order the donor box meal I get no fries with it I only get the ones in my donor box where are my extra chips twice this has happened

Not one to complain or write many reviews. But I ordered here for the first time this evening via Uber Eats. Took about 40 minutes to arrive as multiple stops en route so food was cold. Also one of our items was missing despite only ordering two items, which was really disappointing. Won't be ordering again that's for sure.

Pain in the chods always going earlier than their opening times on the wall. Very frustrating to arrive and see them closed up. This has been an ongoing issue for nearly a year. Either update your opening times or stick to it.????
I ordered doner box with chips and salad twice and doner panini and food taste good but in box there is only salad and chips no doner kebab whats this?. We try to call noone answer back that’s not good.

1. Got a gym box with just chicken and for 6 pounds, they hardly filled up the box. Not worth it anymore, disappointing portions. Just want the extra money so you buy large. Better to buy elsewhere for a bigger portion.

Had about 5 strips of meat, a lot of cabbage and a slice of tomato in mine, it was stone cold like it had been sitting for a long time as well. I got 4 small chilli cheese bites and cold hard fried. For nearly £19 for a box meal I expected a lot more quantity and quality.
