This is beyond the worst Iceland branch I’ve been to! The staff expect you to do your whole monthly food shop at self check out whilst juggling a buggy and 2 crying babies. I’d prefer going somewhere with a choice of self check out AND staff service!!

the phone number is not valid. how many times you try to call gives you BUSY. I am disappointed with them and their deliveries, they are delayed not only by a few hours, but even days. I am not trustworthy. it is my opinion
The level of customer service has taken a hit since this store moved to the High Street. Only one till in the store (not that this is ever open!!!) Everyone expected to use tiny self-service checkout area even if you've got a huge trolley of stuff. My partner went into store today (Saturday midday) and due to the huge queue asked if a staff member would open the till. There were a number of elderly people in the self serve queue who had already been waiting a long time. The staff member replied saying this till is only used for home delivery. (Just seemed like the staff member couldn't be bothered!) Wouldn't ever be able to do a big shop in here due to lack of a person operated till!

I am writing this review straight away because the level of service at Iceland was absolutely atrocious!!! There were 10ish customers waiting and 1 till open!!! All we wanted to do was pay for 1 bottle of water!What a barberic experience for the customers & staff. I feel sorry for the staff but also the paying customers getting this terrible service. Customers were shouting at staff to open more tills. This needs to be fed back to their head office. Absolute terrible experience.

Unprofessional Indian guy today at your store, staying by the shelf with the hands in his pockets and also speaking with customers while his keeping his hands in his pockets, always with at least one hand in his pocket...very rude and unprofessional!
