Food was good. Gravy wasn't as flavoursome as it used to be. Toilets were in horrendous state.

The staff are very friendly all the time and the food the do have it always great. That being said, that's only for the food they do have. They almost never have krushems or some drinks and the service is painfully slow. I can understand if they're just having one bad day but this is constant. The reason the food is so good is because it's never ready when you order it, defeating the point of fast food. Sometimes I go through the drive through and sometimes the unfortunate person working there does not speak a good enough level of English. Also, the chicken will be quite small, and there's never an additional fillet to make up for this. When you go to miss Millie's and the fillets are small you will 90% of the time get an extra one, but the only thing I've ever gotten was a bag of chips. I also two or three times got the big dipping feast to share with friends but instead of getting one of each dip they'll run out and give a random assortment. I know these things can happen and it's only happened these few times but we were never asked if we wanted specific dips or even that they'd ran out in the first place. I wanted them to be better but in the five years I've been going there it's gotten progressively worse, and I've had enough.

I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness or speed of service. It was a warm day, boiling inside so I was basically forced to sit outside on the very unclean benches. The food was good however which was what I was there for after all!
