Food was overly salty. Paid quite a lot for a box meal. Didn’t want a soft drink from tap. Asked for a can they said no, that’s just for delivery. Seems overly mean and inflexible. Next time I’ll go for a McDonald’

I went in to store with my three hungry boys and the y ordered they food and I ordered mine. As they were hungry they ordered extras and of which I was charged extra as they were not part of meal deals.i received my order ander dashed out as my taxi had arrived so I had to go.i get home and every order had something missing.i rang to rectify they completely lied and said they never done my order and I never came in even though I described myself and told her to check cctv.She then hung up and I rang again and she hung up again.i had to make extra food at home before they went tuition.Head office no help.appolling all round.Vegetarian options: I ordered a veggie burger and I didn't get my chips and so did my 2 boys they didn't get they chips and the other no popcorn chicken. Apauling.

I can't believe the service I got from this store.i went in to buy food straight after school for my kids as they where going tutor's not long after.i get home and 3 orders had something missing either chips or wings or popcorn chicken for them.i rang to let them know,they lady straight told me no such order was made and when I asked for her to check the system and cctv she hung up and when I rang back she kept hanging up.I rang head office no help aswell.How much greed does one has to have to steal food from kids that has been paid for.

Honestly the foods good, gravy from here is really watery and tasteless though. The biggest downside is I've ordered twice online and both times my drink has not been delivered. Don't offer something you cant deliver.

On this occasion, not too great.The clientele present during this visit were quite unpleasant. Intoxicated on something other than alcohol, loud, rude and abusive to staff.As a result this became a takeaway order. On return to home I discovered one of the items was incorrect - nothing major, just chicken wings instead of a fillet. Those wings were pretty raw and non-edible though.A disappointing visit if I'm honest.

I decided to walk in and get a mighty bucket for one. I also wanted an extra side of mash, but when asking if I could get a breast and a thigh with my bucket meal, I was told that they don’t have any breasts. Really!? KFC doesn’t have any chicken breasts!? Hahahahahaha what a joke! What happened to customer service and making your customers happy with their purchase, I told the kid behind the counter to cancel my order and went to Musas Doner next door instead, where I buy a meal at least three times a week. If you look after your customers, your customers will look after you.
