i can safely say the workers in this particular restaurant are incompetent! they don’t even accept requests to add sauces into your burgers! instead they charge 60p, which is ridiculous considering other kfc branches will do it for you. it’s just very disappointing. i asked for leg piece hotwings and when they gave me the packet back they had purposely given me the scrawniest ones available. i recommend the kfc on farnham road if you want to eat great quality food with any special requests you might have.

I can understand why the store was so quite the staff are terrible rude and not helpful at all specifically Iqra and Moham. No communication skills at all. And completely dismissed my issue when I tried to raise it.

Poor quality foodThey just send you 1 peace of chicken covered with buns and few drops of mayonnaise that’s all you receive and when you call to report it to them they don’t take no responsibility for it and you will hear only 1 thing that anyone can make mistakes bllaa bllaa bllaaa and food was cold like it was in fridge. And it’s was not first time trust me so BIG NO TO THIS KFC??
