1. As others have said, staff really are quite rude. The really fat one is especially unnecessarily abrupt. Not sure if she's hungry or something but her attitude is unacceptable for a first time interaction. -1*.2. I bought a meal and they rudely refused to give me the purchased amount of sauce -2*(Pretty sure that's illegal considering I purchased them and they are on my receipt, but not in the collection bag. I did ask them but they said it was too much (??)). You shouldn't come between a man and his sauce. Now you have this 1* review because of. There is an important lesson here.3. There is no way that the size chips are a large. £2.99 and they all fit on a standard tea-plate without risk of any falling off. It would have been okay if they did, the floor might've actually given them some flavor. -3*4. Food there is now expensive (??). Did they forget they are a budget chain? Value has dropped significantly considering the food tastes like it was cooked yesterday and kept warm under rooster. At this point for the cost of a family meal there I could literally fly to Poland or something for a short holiday. Not even hyperbole, check out the costs of things. Insane. -4*Anyway, bottom line:If you're the kind of person without standards who doesn't mind eating bland, overpriced food, you might appreciate this place. Otherwise, just go to one of the MANY places literally 1 minute walk away. Anywhere. KFC is 15 seconds away and much better. And I don't even like KFC.

Came today with the children during school holidays. Was surpringsly quiet, quick, clean and an enjoyable experience (which I can't say for many of their restaurants).

McD high street Slough was super busy on weekends. We had seat on the first floor for dine in. Atmosphere was maintained good. But the food was not upto the mark.

Generally no better or worse than any other McDonald but would avoid this particular branch at lunchtime or at a weekend! Absolute mania and understaffed during the busy periods. However, they do always seem to have an available staff member on the floor hassling customers to complete surveys. Would be much more use to have this colleague behind the counter! Upstairs is often closed so atmosphere downstairs is awful. Would never choose to eat-in here as customers are practically sat on top of each other when only downstairs is open. Collection area is not fit for purpose, particularly with the increase in Uber Eat/Deliveroo drivers. Feel sorry for the staff as these drivers often barge past the rest of the customers and are hassling colleagues behind the line. Would be helpful to remove some of the tables downstairs and actually open upstairs area to increase the collection space or have a separate delivery driver area. Have given 2 stars as always have a pleasant experience when I go in for a morning coffee (much calmer and the morning staff seem much friendlier!)

Horrible place to be in. Too slow and too dirty. 20mins for a simple burger. And staff touching the food with no gloves.Hire more people and do Health and Safety training !

Can’t go wrong with a fillet-o-fish. Chips were a bit soggy though.Coke was all good.Delivered efficiently but better packing for the chips meant the soggyness could have been prevented.
