Staff not wearing any gloves while preparing the food. Order is always wrong, always been the same. Very poor management and staff don't care about customer service and getting the orders correct. Avoid this place.

What I will say about this location is it's very consistent on delivery poor quality customer service, but it's the nearest mc d's to me. I gave it a 1 star simply because the person who handed as the food seemed like they cared about service unfortunately by that point the shockingly poor service we had already received ruined the whole thing. Avoid if you can

Ordered for takeaway. Chips were stale, the drinks were delivered with no straws. I ordered large chips and got medium chips. Also asked for triple cheeseburger and got double cheeseburger with bacon. I DO NOT EAT PORK. Never ordering from this branch again.

This has got to be the worst mcdonald's in the country! Everytime without fail queues upwards of 20mins in drive thru. Missing food items and on one occasion kept me waiting 30mins in click and collect. Eventually had to go inside and let them know of my order. This morning waited 15 mins in drive thru queue to be told they don't have any breakfast item left, then waited another 10 mins as usual to get out as the queue was at standstill. Avoid if you value your time and sanity. After many times I've finally learnt my lesson and realised this mcdonald's is not going to change. So I would rather now travel several miles to get to any other, then the bath road retail park!

Discusting customer service, we have ordered food for set time delivery, 45 min past delivery time order shown as delivered with no food in sight, when I search for help they did not answer several phone calls, than when I arrived in restaurant, Asian Manager "C-Jay" (right?) Slough, Bath Road, said he does not care!!! I am furious!!! Now, this is personal, I will not stop buying there, but will make loooots of issues for them!!! Banch of retards!!!

Big Mac and a quarter pounder were both cold, but replaced as soon as we mentioned the fact. A very good , clean McD's with hard working staff.
More interested in delivery orders than collection customers. Not sure why there is always different staff every time you visit. The service has always been poor at this branch, ever since it opened. Let's hope the new one in Taplow will be run more efficiently, when it opens.

I don’t do McDonald often but today at 20.15pm my experience was probably the worst offer I have never had from this site, I don’t expect much from a place like this but you expect them to pick an order correctly.Why can’t this site pick a simple order,Burger missing from order.Chip cold and half pack for a large fries.The dips were missing from the 20 nuggets.The wrong flavour milkshake was delivered, got chocolate instead of strawberry, I hate chocolate milkshake.No strawNo napkinWould I recommend this place, no, you cannot even get a contact number to call them, thanks you for ruining my evening,Value for money….for to meal and some nuggets £30.00 You would expect then to get this right.I don’t blame the driver, just the staff that taken no pride or due care in what they do.Don’t get a delivery from this site if you want something completely differently to what you order, and if you want it cold.

My toddler enjoys McDonald's pancakes, and I'm a frequent customer. However, over the past few weeks, I've noticed a decline in pancake quality. This Saturday, I received pancakes that were burnt and had a noticeable smell. When I raised this concern with the lady manager, she informed me that this is how they are supposed to be. Unfortunately, I was not offered a refund for the unsatisfactory meal and had to leave. While the staff is generally friendly, it's disappointing to find that the managers can be less accommodating."The pictures below are of different days
