I have been using Subway in the UK and international branches for the last 10 years plus. The brand is amazing and the quality of food.This particular store in Slough had a really bad customer service and customer service experience.The food was cold, they gave only 2 sides for the foot long salads and only 1 sauce.I had such a bad experience I will not go there any more until they change the staff and improve the customer service experience.Vegetarian options: Very upset they gave 2 salads as all the subways I have been to max the salads and sauces. Very disgusted with the level of customer service at this branch.

There were bugs all over the machines and on the food, when I looked into the machine where they store the bread it was disgusting, looked like it hasnt been cleaned in months. When I told the guy working there that there was bugs on the bread he was holding he quickly wiped the bugs off and said ''dont worry all gone'' ????? after that i refused to pay and walked out. No one eat at this place if you value your life.

Arrived at the store at 7pm and they had the door locked even though the closing time is 8pm ( was written on the door also). They both tried to turn me away, how rude!Once in the store they said their till is closed and the Subway points cannot be used. Another excuse to not serve. What a joke!Lazy staff that don't want to serve and make up their own store times to suit them!I raised a complaint and the store have ignored my response to their email. Just shows their lack of care to respond to customers! Her name is Mandy!

The coffee machine is not working since over a month and the staff and management seem least bothered.Very unlike a subway franchisee.

Great little place to go and eat, not sure why people are saying the staff is rude, they were fine. You can't expect them to let you talk down to them. Overall enjoyed my experience here while I visited England, I'm from Canada. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the UK.

Staff charged extra for no reason! Demanded and shouted at by staff and FORCED to pay extra! Lady at the counter was swearing and being incredibly rude. terrible store and do not recommend

Food was good but because I had a offer omg the excuses came out first it was not we don’t accept them then got told it not on my system then said it’s fine but cup drinks only I said it says you can upgrade but wasn’t allowed need to train the staff better I’m sorry I only spent £7 not £12 you wanted
