Slow but friendly service on my last visit, decent coffee & food. Noisy chatter though at busy time.

Lovely atmosphere. Good service and clean. The Maple Hazel Latte is a nice seasonal addition.

The staff very careless from a customer service point of view. They look like they are in the wrong job which make them serve the clienta with totally indiference. I only asked for a tea, and the cup looks like was used already by a coffee drinker just few minutes before I asked for the tea. See photo. Would you drink from that cup?

Worse Costa coffee in the UK honestly, we purchased 22 pound worth of coffee and snacks (on card) later we asked to just change a meseley 10 pound into some change for the car but the rude lady attentent still refused us didn't even look at us but just said no. The staff were otherwise okay the blonde man at the cashier was nice but that lady barista was the absolute worse... Do not recommended this expericne

This branch of Costa once had a superb young man who moved on as a member of staff. The female staff are robotc and cold and can be abrupt to be candid - not needed. There are plenty of other coffee shops in this town!

Customer service was abhorrent and lazy staff showed little to no work ethic when completing my order also laughed at my face without any reason as to why. Will not be dining at this particular branch especially when other local branches show much more passion and energy.

Good coffee, but the place doesn't smell good.

Visited the branch yesterday wanting to purchase some warm paninis for my child and me, time was 17:50, 10 mins before closing time. The boy behind the counter upon noticing we're intending to purchase paninis approached us and instead of "hello can I help?" he rudely and clearly outraged with me trying to make a purchase 10 mins before closing time spat out..."WE WILL NOT warm up the food for YOU cose the grill is already clean so you'll have to take it cold!" When I ask what time is the closing time he than decided to lie and insult my intelligence (clearly seeing me looking what time it was) saying ... "5 MINUTES! " he than turned the heel and walked off in a strop as if to say how dare I to challenge him, ignored us and shushed his female colleague who discretely pointed out to him he's wrong. 6 pm closing time indicates end of service not when the staff gets to go home refusing the service prior to that time, this is a behaviour of someone who clearly doesn't want to be there!
