Best Meze Grill

First time to visit this Turkish restaurant. The foods are delicious and the atmosphere is so nice. Staff are so helpful to recommend foods and drinks. Birthday music is on to celebrate one of the customer's birthday and we all sing loudly. Congrats to the little girl she has her birthday.

The Greene Oak

We came to the Greene Oak for a family get together between Christmas and new year.

It’s a lovely old(ish) pub which is clean, well kept and characterful. There’s a nice outdoor space which I’m sure is great in the summer.

The food was very nice and everyone said how good the food was. Between us we had the Burger, Risotto, Beef Short Rib, Hibity Pie and 2 kids dishes, all of which were great. We also had desert, and the only small let down was one of the honey combs was burnt. Really not a big deal.

The service was efficient, timely and the ladies who served us were a pleasure to deal with. Nice people, not over friendly but not cold.

Well done team great job we will back again I’m sure of it.

We are hosting a party this coming weekend and need to select the right drinks packages. Jai and Abbey were rock stars in letting us sample and helping decide on the right drinks and food for the event. They did this while with Freya, managing a restaurant that they admitted was much busier than normal. Their almost sixth sense as to when other customers needed help was uncanny, and to top it all, they were pleasant and engaging. They are true assets to the establishment, and to us, it signaled that there is great management in place at this venue. Oh, and the kitchen put out great food, as well (we stayed and ordered after the tasting).

Overall though, super lunch and I’m sure I’ll be back.

Booked OK and allowed to the table 10 minutes early. Excellent service very quick at reasonable food prices. All drinks including non alcoholic ( except those on the childrens menu) are expensive. The table was by the inadequate toilets which had a line-up of people next to our table.

The toilet door was held open for the queue so some smells wafted through from unhealthy and unclean areas. One toilet stall had a bad leak and floors of the toilet and corridoor were flooded. This is bad management not to have a plumber attend. This spoilt our family expereince. I am a grandparent treating 6 people to what is usually a nice lunch at Bill's and we were all very disappointed.

I would expect a good manager to effect some sort of customer service recovery action. I miss Bill's in Bracknell as it was closed. We alsp paid £15.20 to park for the day in Windsor and this does not endear me to trying Bill's again there.

We hope you can try harder although I must say the waitress was lovely and I allowed the full 12.5% service charge to be taken in the hope that she got it. This charge is voluntary but they add it to the bill before you allow it.

Blue light discounts are allowed.

After recommendation from my brother, we had a fantastic Sunday roast here and honestly couldn't fault a thing. I ordered the beef roast dinner and it was absolutely delicious. The beef was cooked perfectly, really tender and full of flavour. The whole meal was seasoned so well.
We also stayed for dessert and had the sticky toffee pudding, which was the perfect way to finish the meal.
The staff were all really friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the atmosphere inside the pub was warm and relaxed. It's in a great location near Windsor Castle as well, which makes it a perfect stop if you're visiting the area. Overall, a really enjoyable experience with excellent food, lovely service, and a great pub atmosphere. We'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a proper roast dinner.

Went in for lunch about 1pm on a Thursday so was pretty quiet (we were the only ones in there for a bit).

The service was brilliant, the bartender was really friendly and attentive.

The food was really good, I had the fish bap and it was incredible value for money as the portion was huge. My vegan partner also really enjoyed her bean chilli (only minor complaint was there was a lot of red chillis in it). Her portion size was also quite good.

Would definitely recommend!

Free parking was also a bonus but not a huge amount of spaces, imagine it would be hard to find parking at busier times.

Genuinely the best Japanese meal I've had out of all the other small business Japanese places I've visited from Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham, Derby and the Portsmouth area.

They accomodated for a last minute group of 5 an hour before closing, staff are very very friendly and helpful and make great conversation, they'll even let you take your food home with both Tupperware and spare sushi trays + tape them for you. (Appletiser is also a steal at £2.50)

They even sang happy birthday and lit a candle in the doriyaki I ordered :)

Amazing quality sushi, katsu curries, yakitori, Takoyaki, karaage and sides.

Overall, 10/10 outstanding customer service and attitudes, very friendly and will help with whatever you need, they also accommodate for halal options. (except the yakitori as the sauce is made with alcohol)

Looking for a place to eat after touring the castle can be a daunting task. We were lucky to walk by the Duchess of Cambridge Pub before the crowds hit. The place was still busy be we found a 4-top table right at the front. We ordered and paid at the counter which was great, allowing us to ensure we met our group meet-up time after. The food selections were really good and we had the fish & chips, AHT Sandwich, Sausage & Mash, and a steak sandwich. Everyone liked what they got. Portions were good and prices reasonable. The staff were really nice, even when they had to turn away folks coming in with no available space. The back of the restaurant was reserved for large tour groups and boy, when they arrived the place got packed quick. Overall--great food and reasonable price in great location.

Always coming to this kebab shop after work, we work down the road and we are always happy with the service, waiting time is 5 minutes MAXIMUM, always quicker than 5 minutes. The staff are so kind. The food and meat is amazing, it’s very sanitary and hygienic too and I highly would reccomend buying from this smaller and authentic kebab store rather than getting ripped off at an expensive “kebab restaurant” this one is amazing

I would give more stars if I could!

This is genuinely one of the best Caffè Nero branches I’ve been to. The staff are super friendly and welcoming — even if not everyone is a total pro at making coffee, their positive attitude more than makes up for it.

In my opinion, the coffee here is consistently excellent, making it not just a top Nero, but one of the best cafés in Windsor. The atmosphere is cozy, with plenty of seating inside and out, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends.

The only small downside is that the downstairs area is sometimes closed, which can make the upstairs a bit crowded. But overall, if you’re in Windsor and looking for a great cup of coffee, definitely check this place out!

Four of us went for a friend's birthday lunch yesterday. We had a table booked for 12.30 and sat by the window at the front. The lovely young lady that served us was very friendly and helpful and got us some drinks within minutes of being seated. The menu has quite a large selection, plenty to choose from. I had the roast Lamb which was a very large piece of shoulder and it was perfectly cooked. It came with boiled potatoes and carrots, broccoli and cauliflower again perfectly cooked. For pudding I had profiteroles and they were very tasty too. Everyone enjoyed their meal, we weren't rushed away from the table at the end, it was very relaxed. I will definately be going back again.

After the trying the other Indian restuarant in Eton we thought we'd get a Royal Spice takeaway (it's a similar distance to the other one and the other one left us feeling angry and like we'd be robbed).Dont be fool by fancy decor elsewhere this place is really really good! We wish we tried it 3 years ago when we first moved to the area. It was delicious! Some dishes for the british pallete but also some amazing authentic dishes. We got 2 mains, a rice, a bread and 3 sides. The mains and sides were special and so tasty. Our new favourite

Hidden down an alleyway, lies this gem. It's a Korean restaurant where you can cook your meat. All the meat is halal which is nice. We got the BBQ set which comes with chicken, beef & lamb. Chicken took the longest to cook. But it was so delicious!
Staff turn on the cooker, and give you the raw meat, you throw it on the cooker till it looks cooked on both sides, then take it off and wait for it to cool. Wrap it lettuce and throw on some kimchi for some spice!
Staff was attentive and on hand, when I accidentally dropped the cabbage leaves on the floor, they quickly gave me new ones.
It's definitely an experience worth doing at least once! Would reccomend to a friend!

Penny and Clair are fantastic hosts, that make you feel so welcome into their gorgeous pub! ?

The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and very well appointed ?

The location is fantastic, being just down the road from Legoland and Windsor, Heathrow airport, etc. ?️?

We can’t wait to visit again, hopefully bringing our 3 kids next time, so they can enjoy the delicious food and wonderful atmosphere ?

I had a fantastic meal from Cinnamon. I’ve eaten in many places, but the flavours here were truly authentic and fresh. We ordered a Cinnamon Special Dhansak, a Bangla Mix Jalfrezi, Tandoori Mix Grill, mushroom rice, paratha, and a side of Bombay aloo. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. All in all, it was a great meal, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

He made our visit so warm and welcoming and actually had nice conversation with us instead of rushing to take our order.
