This Greggs let's the Gregg's name down. I'm a regular at this services but ive had enough of this one. The food is nearly always cold, you can hardly ever get a hot sausage roll or chicken slice. The staff are always on their phone,and I as the customer have to wait untill they finish their texting,like we are the inconvenience.Their stock control of the chocolate for the Mochas is woeful, running out of chocolate is a common occurance.Don't waste your Pitt stop time queueing here! I

Absolute low quality ripoff. Substandard food. Ordered omelette. Had to Look for it with a magnifying glass in the bread. And it was cold. Overpriced and low quality.

Best Greggs in the UK. If you have low food standards (or are desperate enough to go to Greggs) then this one is superior to the rest. The high output means the pastries are actually hot and tasty rather than cold and hard like other locations. The staff also lived up to superior Greggs status as they were friendly and fast.

Lorry drivers avoid wasted most of my break waiting for 2 sausage rolls she said would be 1 or 2 minutes till there done and than carry on serving customers sausage rolls came out and I stood there waiting useless needs closing down
