Excellent fish and chips and service from the staff, have visited several times now, would highly recommend to friends & family.

Just got home and the chips were over cooked, dry , hard horrible seriously gone down hill since original owner left. When Neptune first opened the chips couldn’t be faulted at all and worth the money then, but now extremely and seriously gone down

Was looking for somewhere to feed the family at a reasonable price after a day out in Windsor and this fish and chip shop was perfect ? Super clean with a good choice of dinner items and the kids loved the novelty of having a battered mars bar! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the potion sizes were really generous …will definitely go back next time we visit Windsor ….

Great fish and chips from friendly couple who work tirelessly long hours. Always friendly so no idea what other reviews are going about. They tend to cook fish freshly to order- and I’d rather wait 5 minutes to get quality piping hot cod with my chips. The prices are not super cheap but this is one takeaway meal that cost inflation has particularly hit.

When sad chip enter a Windsor, you find then soggy and sitting around at" King Neptune's" Perhaps the only royalty to remain in this place is the 4GBP in cash you have to pay for the chips.The gent told me "Sometimes the chips come this way" I said sure and carried out. Zero out of 5

Had a delightful experience at King Neptune Fish and Chips. The service was incredibly friendly, and the cod and chips were truly great. A satisfying meal in a cozy atmosphere. Four stars!

I paid for dinner for myself and my daughter but forgot to order ketchup to go with my 9 year olds food. When I asked if I could have a sachet they asked me to pay which is fine, but they would not let me pay with a card because I was under the £5 limit and I didnt have cash. I had just spent £10 on 2 bags of soggy chips, one of which went uneaten because I couldn't give my little one ketchup to go with them. Basically they could have been more helpful but deliberately didnt want to be helpful.Just an update on the reply, you didnt ask if we needed any sauce and you could tell I had a young child with me who wanted the sauce so you could have been a lot more helpful. As I say I had literally just spent nearly £10 on 2 bags of chips which were not really very nice, which is very similar to your customer service.

They have a very delicious potato with vinegar,,I did order 2 fish,,1 potato and they are big amount for one person you should follow (sharing is caring) here?Fish is OK,,staff are very nice..

Just wanted to share! Been into King Neptune - Fish & Chips! Windsor Decided to firstly give me old chips and then when I asked for new chips - given the smallest portion of small chips! Never again! ? — and added to this the rudeness of the guy serving! To another me when I said it was a small portion he purposely gave the guy behind me a free portion whilst he was waiting to wind me up! Seriously never again!
