Very good location next to river ButPrices very overpriced, 11.95 for fish and chips but you only get about 12/13 chips, some salad and a small fish. Very good availability of salt, vinegar, ketchup and mustard tissues and wooden forks, sugar & milk - take as much as you need. Service was good, staff were friendly and there's seating inside and out.

We stopped here for some much needed ice cream & it was absolutely delicious with many flavours and choices of cones to pick choose from. With its incredible location on the Thames, it's a wonderful place to sit in the sun and relax. Plus, they sell bags of swan and duck food for all the wildlife bobbing around on the Thames. Really lovely.

This lousy establishment houses also the parking lot attendant hut. The car park operator uses mean practices where they wait until first minute of expiry and fine you immediately with £100 charge. Avoid this car park! There are better and cheaper car parks.

Went here for lunch today…Went to get a drink from the fridge only to be told staff only…..then why the hell is the fridge on the customer side it should be behind the counter. Not very well positioned .

My family (with 2 children) and I had a poor customer service encounter here. We ordered drinks and some chips after our windsor castle tour to relax before heading home. My husband brought some fish and chips from elsewhere, was asked to move. He moved and stayed on our car to eat. My children and I were waiting for my husband to finish eating so we stayed in the cafe. One staff or maybe he is the owner as he said “this is my cafe”, saw me and screamed I told you to move, chop chop (with hand clapping). He was rude. We explained that we bought food here earlier, but he mentioned that it was not good enough. It was such an embarassing experience to be shouted at in a cafe with other customers staring.Would not recommend and we will not be coming back here at all.

Avoid this place, busy because of their location. Bought icecream which was not nice, then bought hotdog which was cold and cheap tasting, chips were frozen ones heated up.

This is just a river side cafe, no need to get dressed up, but with outdoor seating when the sun is shining it’s a nice place for lunch, the fish was great, freshly cooked. You can eat here for less than £12 a head. No toilets and no parking, but overall ok.
