I went to nandos windsor Saturday evening with my family. Special Thanks to Ahsan despite of handling the busy crowd his lovely arrangement for us and how he served and looked after us, such a gentleman. We really appreciate how manager Muhammad was responsive to every details to us. Glad that nandos windsor is providing quality food with great customer experience. Food was on-top served with care.?

The girl at the till redeemed my chili from my loyalty card. I didn’t want to use it and she used it without telling me. I got home and noticed this was missing from my card. When I looked at the receipt, my chili was gone. I did call the restaurant and the manager on duty promised to get back to me. What a smart girl. Red chili is not £9.70. Now I will keeping an eye on my rewards. Ashford Kent branch, I am coming. I know you’ve done this as well but now I know how my rewards are being misused.

Nando's is my go to.The peri chicken ? is always a banger.I've been to many Nando's and this is always good ?.The only complaint is that the ice cream/yoghurt is never on(the only problem with every nando's)? please fix .

We had a dinner at Nando’s after long time, a bit of disappointment. They no longer have a normal mayo, only the vegan option, which isn’t great for people that don’t want vegan - if you know what I mean…Food arrived quickly, service was okay.It’s just annoying that now they charge you for literally everything. We asked for spicy jam sauce and the gentleman said it’s £1 for a little tiny pot of a sauce ??♀️In overall it was alright, but don’t think we will be visiting this branch again.

I would not normally write a review on Nandos but this one deserves a special mention as I received exceptional service by Manpreet. Being a very busy Nandos opposite Windsor Castle I was really happy with the service received. We were warmly greeted by Manpreet, seated and served very quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. Again, thank you Manpreet for taking such good care of us! As a Nandos fan this is one the best I’ve been too and it’s especially nice to get great service from such a large and popular chain of restaurants!

We haven’t been for ages but thought it was pretty good here. It wasn’t expensive for 4 of us and the kids get lots of choice. It was a bit cold with the door though but apart from that all good
