Table of 4 adults 2 children. 5 pizzas one kids pasta.Pizza’s were really good. Everyone ordered different pizzas, one American hot was very spicy. Pizza with prawns needed more prawns, that was tasty. Pizza with goats cheese was really delicious and great, pulled pork pizza was a bit bland and boring.Pasta was really bland but little person liked it.Service was friendly and satisfactory. However when it came to paying the bill the male server indicated on the card machine an option to tip if we wanted to, it’s great to have that option but also should push people to tip if they don’t want to. The bill was split and both payments we declined the tip option. To our surprise on both the male server actually asked twice “the food was good? The service was good?” To which we replied yes. But also it’s an option to tip and this is the UK we don’t have tipping culture. It’s a treat to go out and eat, i shouldn’t be worried about paying a tip that goes to the company anyway, a company to which I have just paid for the food I have eaten. The cost of living these days everyone is feeling the pinch. That’s enough, it’s just greedy. Staff get paid a reasonable wage to do their jobs in the UK, I most definitely shouldn’t be pushed into tipping anyone. If I want to then fine I will do it myself thank you.I would have given 4stars all the way through if I didn’t feel pushiness of the server

Good was great. However we ordered for delivery at around 6:30 and food didn’t arrive until 8:13! It was awful and pizzas were super cold, we had to put them in the oven for a few minutes.

Today I was ask table for2 waitress was rude she told me not tables available but I saw 3 rables is dirty. I’m service leader other pizza express I never ever with my girls don’t let peoples come inside you can 2 minutes time clean and set up

Was disappointed with this Pizza Express sadly. It’s a small building and we had a table down stairs which felt a bit of a squeeze. If there are a few of you then the tables upstairs looked better. We had to chase cutlery a couple of times and the pizzas were just ok.

So whilst i have been working down here over the past 5 weeks I can definitely say that this has been the most pleasureable meal I have had during my stay the staff are so attentive and can't do enough for you plus the food was top notch so all round and great meal and time spent

The best Pizza Express around! Excellent pizza chef, Florentina and friendly, helpful servers. Our pizza was superb and Monika helped us apply our vouchers in the app. Even presented our desert on a Birthday slate with a candle. Sweet! A great experience all round. Thank you.

The food was good. The customer service could have been better. Some of our order was forgotten, the waitress at the start was quite rude, and we were left waiting for 15 mins when we wanted the bill. I had to approach the staff to ask for it. In addition, we witnessed a member of staff in the kitchen arguing and shouting. Not a very pleasant experience. I would order take away food from this establishment but if you are looking for a dining experience, I would look elsewhere!
A female employee with black glasses at Windsor pizza express is the biggest racist i’ve ever seen. As i’m an Indian, i was with my family. She wouldn’t properly listen to us and wouldn’t bring stuff that we’d order. She would serve all the britishers with a big smile and be so attentive to them. I’m living in the UK from last 3 years and this is the first time I’ve encountered such an experience.

Gluten free pizza + dough balls were actually incredible. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and I’ve had more than a few. Also, recommend extra cheese!
