Absolutely dreadful customer service, my boyfriend ordered a meat feast pizza and they messed up his order sending a pineapple and mushroom instead, he phoned up to ask for the correct pizza to be sent out and the woman on the phone told him his only course of action would be to go through Uber (which he had ordered through), to which he replied no worries but could he still get the correct pizza and her reply was “no” and then hung up. So rude, especially for a mistake on their end. Do not recommend anyone ordering from here.

Got the order wrong and expected us to go back and collect replacement. Bearing in mind itnhad to be gluten free, it was thrown away. Wouldn't give credit for another day either as apparently that's company policy. So suggest you avoid and find a pizza company that actually cares about customers!Dietary restrictions: Got it completely wrong for Gluten Free so avoid

Zero starSadly whilst the food was average this time - the out of date salad was unacceptable. When mentioned to the staff I received a somewhat aggressive stance and when asked for a refund was told contact customer services ! Not a friendly store sadly and will be our last purchase! A lost customer over a salad and poor service ..! To add they had stubbed out the best before date !! Proves my point but the staff still want to argue the point

DO NOT USE THE APP 2nd (and last) time this has happened. Used the app (because of rewards) and everything looked good. "Order in the kitchen" etc.failed to turn up and owner tried to fob me off with "Technical Issue, we are not receiving orders!". Real story is that their own delivery drivers only work part time, if at all. Always appears they need delivery drivers judging by the notice in their window. And had to go to Pizza Hut UK to get a refund the following week. Very unhelpful and wouldn't answer /ignored direct questions. Fobbed off by both of them. Use Deliveroo etc. Had to have been on toast. Tried Boleros Pizzeria the following day. REAL PIZZA, in a different class. Know who I will be using from now on.

Pizza good and hot, lots of nice sides too. Delivered to doorstep. Always friendly. Always ask for the deal - but be aware the deals are fixed, so you cannot negotiate beyond that!Parking: Easy parking outside i you want to collect.

First time ordering with Pizza Hut tried new pizza, took 50 mins, was cold and topping incorrect when arrived. Called store and they said they had run out of toppings, but didn’t care about it, so going to complain to head office. Never have these issues with Dominos, so will stay with them. I spend £100 every 2 weeks for work team pizza at Domino’s and would never suggest Pizza Hut now - nice way to loss a potential £2,600 per year customer!

What an awesome surprise. After bingeing on park food through the day, we decided on one of our favorite treats that evening. But having driven three hours to reach the park, I couldn't be bothered to drive out. No problem. They were more than happy to deliver to the hotel and meet one of us at reception.....and the pizzas were great! Loaded with toppings and cheese. Thanks, guys.
