This Pret has a nice ambience but I didn’t have a good experience while I was sitting feeding my newborn, a staff member with headphones in was aggressively cleaning close by and I felt pressured to up and leave, he even swept around my feet as I was getting my stuff together. Hugely disrespectful and no apology.

Bitter, unpleasant tasting mocha - it feels like they don’t clean the machine enough.When challenged the barista said the machine was cleaned ‘every day’ which I think maybe precisely the problem. On a busy day the machine needs to be cleaned more than once
The best Pret around.I go in almost daily for filter coffee which is the best coffee on the High St.

Without doubt my favourite Pret by far! Pret is always good for service in all locations but the team they have in Windsor now are the most friendly, efficient, and courteous. They all seem to get along great and that reflects well on the service they give and the atmosphere. Well done Pret Windsor ??
