Stay away. Scammers. Will not refund something broken because "not their responsibility". Arrived in the morning, told to come back, came back later then was told to come back in the morning. If for some deranged reason you absolutely have to use this place, pay by card so you can charge back, otherwise avoid at all costs.

To start with a little moan: the recent review from ‘NS’ is actually quite fair; I’ve had this experience once or twice as well. Not the end of the world as there are plenty other local shops, but a little on the frustrating side when you specifically want a Waitrose product and should of course be entitled to take your custom there until closing time, not 15 minutes before.That said, the staff are usually very smiley and the station itself is really well appointed, the pumps being quite competitively priced.And, when in service, the tyre pressure machine also dispenses refillable washer fluid, so bring your own bottle ??

I just tried to buy something at 22.43 and got ignored while being outside and eventually was told it was closed. I thought it was strange so I double checked on my phone and said it closes at 23. I went back and got ignored by the people inside once again and insisted they would speak to me. I challenged them it said it only closes at 23 and they told me 3 different stories about how I couldn’t buy something every time I challenged them that it said it closes at 23 and it was still 15min left. I just don’t understand why this behaviour and made up rules.

Good number of pumps, easy access for getting the truck filled, Little Waitrose attached so anything other than fuel ‘overpriced’. Get in get filled get out!

Seller assistants including guy named Kiran were rude and tried to rip me off. The price for the fire wood at the front of the shop was showing £12.25 and they were trying to charge me £15. When I told them that the price is different, Kiran has removed the price sticker and laughing said to me that right now it is £15. I'm really disappointed as for years I've been a regular customer. Not any more. If you keep that kind of employees you will lose a lot of clients and good name of Shell and Waitrose.

The Windsor's shell petrol station's internet connection is very very poor. I was never succeeded to open my shell apps inside the store.

Dodgy gauge dodgy petrol station dodgy people you put fuel and it will not show on your gauge . I am reporting it to trading standards

Windsor Shall petrol station is an alternative to BP that is on the parallel Maidenhead road. It gives a much bigger variety of products as the other one due to much bigger space. However, still as pricy as the BP and sadly not open during the night. The service inside is ok but the prices not.
