We were the DJs for The Greene Oak's new years eve party and had an absolutley brilliant night! All the staff are really frienly and helpfull and we couldnt recommend this venue enough. Thanks to everyone who partied with us!!!!

We came for the NYE dinner and I can only say that the food and the service exceptional. There was a set menu, also a veggie option and you could also opt for the matching wine flights. We did and the food and matched wines were grand! Our waitress was amazing and it was a terrific evening! Great work team Green Oak!

Booked a Christmas lunch slot and was welcomed upon entry. Then guided to our table which had Christmas crackers and also was given a high chair for our little one.After ordering our food we overheard another table was offered the option of having the kids meal come out with the starters. Unfortunately we weren't presented with that option so we ended up having to give snacks while we ate.I completely understand that we are human and can forget things from time to time.Food was excellent, highly recommend reserving a slot. After your visit you will understand why it's popular and hard to secure a booking.Will be visiting again!Kid-friendliness: High chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp available upon request to enter the building.

Once again and for the 2nd year running 11 of us came here for a family Christmas gathering and we weren't disappointed!. It was superb. Food is fantastic. Service excellent and the pub is very nicely presented inside. We all chose meals from the Christmas set menu which offered a perfect selection of starters, mains and puddings. We also ordered a childs meal. Appropriately priced for the high standard of food. We couldn't fault a thing! Hope to return again next year as we all loved it!. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas ??

Both the creamy risotto and the chocolate delice with salty caramel ice cream are absolute delights. The restaurant has pretty and comfortable interior and attentive staff who ensure a smooth dining experience.We had no trouble finding a parking space during our visit, but do note that the kitchen takes a well-deserved break from 3pm to 5pm, so plan your timing accordingly.

Paul and I booked in to celebrate Paul's birthday with an exceptional Sunday roast; amazing beef and the best roast potatoes to be found anywhere (chef's special secret recipe)! We came as a family of 11 (4 kids) for a Christmas lunch on 23rd dec. all communication beforehand for pre booked meals was easy and efficient, the staff were great on the day. We were served by Fiona who we’ve previously had serve us in the past and each time she’s fantastic. Nothing is ever too much of an ask for her, brilliant service every time.
