Classic English pub (known and renowned chain in England), very characteristic. Excellent burgers and fried cod with chips. The beer on tap is delicious with a wide choice of brands.Anyone traveling to the UK cannot miss a stop in these places.Parking: Parking outside the venue does not exist, considering that we are in front of Windsor Castle.

Busy Sunday and beefburgers not available so went for chicken burgers which tasted disgusting as though the oil was used to fry fish. Sent the food back and got a courteous refund. Chef needs to sort out the taste of the food. A few chips were thrown on the plate and the burger had limp lettuce and a slice of tomato. Can't recommend the food here whatsoever was disappointed but appreciate the server who assisted us.

Well you lovely people out there, we were feeling a bit hungry and didn't know what to have for food or where to go, so as we were driving around site seeing we stopped when we saw this place called The King & Castle ( a spoons restaurant) It looked lovely from the outside so we decided to go in and it did not disappoint. The people were friendly and the bar staff and the gentleman serving our meals was very pleasant and polite . Our meals were lovely I had fish and my other half had the pie which was very small but that's how those meals are. Anyway we didn't leave a thing we both enjoyed. The toilets were upstairs which I couldn't do so the lady showed me where the disabled toilet was, which I was pleased because it was lovely and clean and that says alot. I gave this place top marks as the food was lovely and hot, the people were friendly there and like I say all staff that served us on the Tuesday was great. Thank you so much and if we go there again we would certainly have meals there maybe not the pie but it was a picture to see his face when it was put in front of him hahahahahaha . Thank You To You All At The King & Castle. X

Look no further than the public house The King & Castle, which by the name is not far from Windsor Castle, yes it's just across the road Friendly staff there to greet and take your order which appears quickly and good value for what you paying.

Stopped for a couple of pints yesterday, then for breakfast this morning. Food was very good, a very typical Wetherspoons establishment. Staff were very friendly.
