Terrible service. Ordered water 3 times and nothing. Food came and it was delicious as usual. (served 40 mins late. Everyone got served before us despite us ordering first). Food always delicious however the staff are were really slow and not interested in getting things done. Will not be back :(

I ordered the Chilli squid and beef Donburi and the food was good but I wouldn’t recommend the beef Doburi as it is quite dry. However all the staff were really friendly and the service was quick. We had a lovely waiter called Archie and he looked after our table very well and was helpful when explaining the menu and giving us recommendations. His service was a 10/10 - would definitely suggest asking for him to serve your table if you go!

Incredibly upset with our visit to this restaurant. We have been a few times and it’s usually a safe spot for me. As a vegan I love that wagamamas has such a wide range. Unfortunately on this occasion my dish (tofu hotpot) had shreds of chicken at the bottom. I am appalled! This was raised to staff who confirmed that it was chicken with the kitchen. For a company that claims to be so vegan friendly to have one of their restaurants be so careless has ruined the experience. I won’t ever feel confident eating at this chain again.

I am a big fan of Wagamama generally but was a bit disappointed by the food quality and lack of atmosphere in this outlet on a Monday early evening. Though the service was quick and friendly as you can expect the Curry was very watery and not creamy at all. Walked in for a family meal after visiting the theatre, arriving early evening. Waiting at the front desk to be seated and we were not acknowledged by any of the staff. At least five of the team walked past the three of us to go from one dining room to the other without being acknowledged, and on each occasion the team memebe was empty handed which made it look terrible. Explained to the team member that we were just about to walk out, and she did apologise and explain they were busy. Service afterwards was okay, not great. Ordered drinks and the glasses for our Asahi where filthy. It looks liked the dishwasher hasn't been cleaned or serviced in weeks/months. Asked for clean glasses and a few minutes later, he returned with two freshly washed glasses as they were still wet inside. This shows that there weren't any more clean glasses available - YUK! Food was on par and good. Would I go again - No Would I recommend it? - No

Ordered chilli chicken Ramen. Not great deal of flavours and depth in the broth and I have to say, it was disappointingly bland. Additionally, the toppings were minimal and didn't add much to the overall taste. I had high hopes for this dish, but unfortunately, it fell short in terms of taste, quality and quantity.

The mushrooms were cooked to perfection, retaining their earthy flavor while absorbing the delicious sauce they were cooked in. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Food was good. Squid starter was hard, chewy and tasteless. The accompanying sauce was not nice. The recipe or supplier has changed or it was overcooked. The restaurant was quite warm. I found it a bit claustrophobic after a while.

After a morning of walking around Windsor we popped here for a delicious lunch and very unusually for a Wagamama's, it wasn't too busy. my husband for the first time chose a hot Chicken Katsu curry and it was quite funny seeing his head get hotter and hotter! Lovely meal as always from Wagamama.

The service was top-notch, and the staff, especially the friendly manager Hamza, ❤️ made me feel welcome and valued throughout my meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was prepared to perfection. The combination of excellent service and mouthwatering food made it a memorable dining experience that I'll cherish. I can't wait to return and savor their delectable offerings once again! Highly recommended! ??
