Disappointing customer service. Staff seemed confused and the lady (whom I assume to be the manager) when asked to get the correct order made a comment to the male chef on duty and they laughed amongst each other. I find this extremely unprofessional, to laugh at a customer when they are paying for a service at your restaurant. I am visiting all the way from Cape Town, South Africa and that was my first impression of your restaurant. I unfortunately would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting. I read the reviews before deciding to give you a try but I now agree with the rude customer service reviews.

Had an amazing time learning to make sushi at Yo! Sushi School in Windsor. Jan was a great teacher, very patient and knowledgeable. We learnt how to make lots of different items, sample as we went and got to take home what we made! Would recommend the class to all sushi lovers.

Food is good, but it seems to have crept up in price and I don’t think it is good value for money. The table wasn’t very clean, or the tableware. However, service was very good and they had a good kids eat free offer for half term which helped with the overall bill!

Food is ok, but it's a bit of a faff to order half of your order through an app and prepay and still need to wait for the bill at the end. There was also cold air blowing, which wasn't great for November. Service was ok, but there were long periods where there wasn't any staff on the floor or in the kitchen.

Over priced sushi restaurantant. Dreadful experience for online ordering for allergens. No filter online so you have to look at each dish one by one to check the allergens information. Won't be going back

Had a really fun night at the Yo Sushi School Windsor with chef Jan ? really friendly, knowledgeable and an all round great time. Recommend to others, particularly those that love sushi but don’t know how to start making it. Thanks Jan and team for making us feel so welcome. Steph and Carl

This was my first time having sushi and it was amazing. Only thing I would change is the soya sauce was a little bit more salty then I’m used to with other soya sauces.

What an awful experience. Yo! used to be a family favorite, but no longer. The staff were grumpy, and unhelpful, inspite of the lack of customers, so had plenty of time. The table and chairs were dirty. The floor sticky. And having spent well north of £100 to "feed" a family of four, value is lacking. And when I say "feed" we left hungry too. The whole place lacked any kind of vibe or atmosphere. Will not be coming here again.
We love Yo Sushi and this place was as great as every other i have visited although with only 1 member of staff running the tables and customer servuce, she was amazing, but they need more staff.

The sushi conveyor belt looks like a fun idea. Albeit somewhat gimmicky. Service was slow. They never checked if we needed anything, even though restaurant was not busy, in fact almost empty. Sushi rolls were not labeled and no one explained which is which, something that most places would do. Asked for a napkin and was pointed to the tiny little napkin that's put under the serving plate. Like there's a napkin shortage in the country. Would it kill you to give a guy a few extra napkins. Food is ordered on the website via QR code, food is delivered on a belt, but they have the cheeky nerve to ask for a service charge, pffff - not from me. The sushi and dessert itself was fine, just a bad service experience.

Amazing and kind service from Ana and Andrés. They are really good cookers. The flavour's food was excellent. I recommend it 100%

Food was okay. But the staff were rude and had an attitude. When we walked in, we told the waitress we had a reservation and she literally rolled her eyes at us. There was only one member of staff that was actually pleasant when we left. Took ages for someone to come and take plates. Did not feel welcome by staff and if anything felt like an inconvenience. Especially as they don’t have to actually deliver much of the food or take any order as through the app. Was a shame as it was my brothers 17th birthday meal.
