**WATCH YOUR CARDS** Stopped for fuel there late 21/01/23. Filled the tank, paid by AMEX. The next day received notification that someone had attempted to add the card to an Apple Pay account. AMEX were cool - cancelled the card, but seeing as the only other charges to the card before that were train fares via machines, it's pretty suspicious. You might wanna check your staff, BP.

Increase price of 60% in 1 week of a certain product I regularly buy.
I have just visited the Reading road BP fuel station shop to get a coffee. It didn't go well. I stood at the coffee counter when two staff were behind it. One walked past carrying a bin bag and failed to acknowledge me, the other walked to the tills and started reading his paper. I waited for several minutes and no other customers approached the counter. At this point I decided to leave without being able to purchase my desired coffee and sausage roll.The customer service by certain members of staff there is insulting to customers.That is twice I have been ignored and I would not recommend using them.

Always clean and serve lovely M&S food.The staff are always very friendly which is nice as some petrol station staff can be grizzly.Fuel prices are very expensive which is a shame. Never really understood why BP try to to us off?This particular night the fridges were quite empty but that was understandable as it was a Sunday night.Pretty good on the whole.????
