Beautiful pub with a great atmosphere. Had the most delicious Sunday roast lunch today. We had pork belly with crispy crackerling and the beef was so tender, sliced thin slightly pink! Just perfect for any foodie like me. We ordered a side of cauliflower cheese which was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly like the best home cooked roast dinner. Simon and Lili make a great team and there staff are a credit to them. The pub has a beautifully presented sunny garden and fantastic choice of home made food. Perfect place for families but also great evenings with music and fun friendly atmosphere.

We arrived as a group of 8 (plus baby) with a short notice booking for Sunday lunch and had a superb time. Lily who served us couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming, including with an offer of her daughter's baby sitting services for the future! The food was lovely (most had a roast) - really tasty and massive portions. Lily was so accommodating, offering us suggestions off menu (such as mixing chicken and beef roasts). For new arrivals in Wokingham this was a real find and will definitely be repeated!

Excellent place to have a meal and a couple drinks on a night out. Great live music when they have events, sports atmosphere is fantastic and Lilly the manager is so attentive and accommodating! The back section has recently been redone offering warm heated cabins with your own private TV! The pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven are AMAZING. Really pleased we get to call this our local! Thanks Lilly and team!

Rude staff, terrible food, avoid at all costs! We visited here with our 3 year old, ordered pizza as that’s the only thing they do apparently (terrible taste, coming from a nearby chip shop in a box). And then we got shouted at because we brought chips from outside for our toddler. The woman was so rude to us and our friends despite our warnings to keep her voice down. Will not visit again!

At this pub, known for its pizzas sourced from a neighboring establishment, and served in a box, we opted for pizzas and beverages. (The only option was pizza.) Seeking fries for our toddler, we procured them externally. Unfortunately, a waitress or the owner of the pub, was informed of our situation and agreed initially. However, she returned after fifteen minutes, vociferating in a disrespectful manner, disrupting her leisure time with friends at a neighboring table. In order to diffuse the situation, we reluctantly disposed of the toddler's fries. Consequently, based on this experience, I don’t recommend this pub to anyone.

From the moment I walked into the Broad Street Tavern, I knew I was in for something special. Nestled in the heart of Wokingham, this pub is a gem that stands out for its incredible ambiance and exceptional service. The star of the show is undoubtedly Lilly, the landlady. Her knack for making customers feel right at home is unmatched. She greets everyone with a warm smile and makes sure every visit is memorable. But what truly sets this tavern apart are their homemade pizzas. Made right in the beer garden, it's a unique touch to have your pizza being cooked to perfection in an outdoor setting. The combination of fresh ingredients, and the ambient enviromemt makes for an experience you will thoroughly enjoy.Whether you're a local or just passing through Wokingham, the Broad Street Tavern is a must-visit. It's not just a pub; it's a place where memories are made, thanks in no small part to the wonderful Lilly and her team. Don't miss out on this awesome spot!
