The food was excellent. The restaurant itself was fairly featureless, but the food made up for it. Reasonable prices.

Quite probably the worst curry I’ve ever had. We called in to order a takeaway which confused them and they didn’t apply the collection discount ! When we got the curry home it was almost cold despite actually having literally just collected it from the restaurant ourselves having waited for it to be cooked.. I had a Jafrezi which was just a greasy brown mush with tough chicken. My partner had a biryani which was completely tasteless. Cold rice - congealed greasy and tough chicken. Avoid ! If I could give zero rating I would.

Ordered on Just Eat and they cancelled my order on the basis that I used an offer that I shouldn't have been using even though it was available to use. Annoyingly it took them 20 mins after I ordered to phone me and tell me in an extremely rude way that they are not prepared to complete the order. Shame really.

Nice food, but scammy prices. They charge you more than the prices listed on the printed menu at the beginning of the meal. Eat somewhere else.

We thought the venue was okay as was the food. We picked up a leaflet last Friday and rang today to arrange 10 covers on their Wednesday Banquet Night. The offer is for one starter, one main, one side, one rice for £15 (collection of course). I was told the offer was not available now. So why not remove all those menus with it on!!

These guys need to understand allergies better - they added prawn to the tandoori, no prawn listed on ingredients. Just spent a delightful time dealing with the consequences……

Green Chilli Wokingham- slow service and tasteless food. We were a large Indian group of 17 squeezed into what resembled a large front living room!,, ordered a variety of vegetarian Indian dishes, service was so slow, even though we were the only ones there!...every curry dish was so very tasteless..even had to ask for salt to bring out some of the taste..when the chef asked if we liked the food, we said it is totally bland and tasteless..he said well then you should've asked for desi style (Indian style)..we said, surely looking at us Indians there should be No need to assume we need to ask for Indian style curry at an Indian curry house for local Indians?? it really is bonkers!..

Green Chilli is without doubt one of wokingham’s strongest choice for a dine in Indian cuisine.I prefer to dine in as the take away can sometimes not be as good.

Ordered via Uber Eats twice which offered 2 for 1 meals when curry arrived containers were only half full so not 2 for 1 but 1 in 2 containers, I queried this with them in which they apologised so ordered again another night and put on order please fill containers but again 4 containers half full, not good practice, emailed asking why only half full but didn’t reply.. Shame because food is good, report it to Uber and will get refunded, I didn’t this time as thought I’ll give the restaurant a chance to get back to me but didn’t and now to late to get a refund.

We were served by Mohammad Kabir, he was very nice and welcoming. Definately coming again. Loved it.Dietary restrictions: HUGE selection of halal, vegetarian and protein dense foods. LOVED IT!!!

Warning, do not fall for the Uber Eats scam of buy one get one free. For £12 I would expect a main sized portion of chicken tikka, not 6 small chunks. For £13 I would not expect half a tub of chicken chilli masala, not 6 small chunks and a lot of onion and pepper.Keema naan, you are kidding. Where to start. Keema? Where? And the bread itself, arguably the worst I have ever eaten from a curry house.Ours are in the bin. Solid heavy dough like a job lot of grilled cash and carry naans. Certainly not freshly made dough cooked in a tandor.Just abysmal, don't fall for the scam like I did.Never again

we went for options on the two for one deals… I am flabbergasted that the restaurant feel that the Jingha Garlic main course of ‘king prawn marinated in garlic’ can be charged at £13.95 per dish for it to arrive with 5-6 over cook rubber bullet prawns and nothing else. It makes as much sense to me as the amount of lamb in our lamb passanda, which was 0… we were blessed with chicken instead, top notch

Not great, the meal was very oily. Very disappointing

My first visit here. Possibly my only visit. Food was superb. And the staff were great , really friendly. I would definitely go back if it was more local to me.
