Our local Papa johns (Wokingham) is 10 mins away, 35mins after pizza dispatched, wrong order arrives. Phone store and they offer a free bottle of Pepsi or another pizza as compensation and refuse to make any financial compensation. We don’t need extra pizza or a drink- it will just go to waste. I just say please deliver it soon as you can with hungry kids looking at me. 15 mins on- still not here. Terrible service. It was a £90 order by the way so not small!

Picked up our pizza it’s the driest of pizzas I’ve ever had with one or no pieces of ham on each slice a few pieces of onion hardly no cheese or sauce! The chessy garlic cheese sticks were also dry hardly any cheese again and all Luke warm!!! I always use dominos and felt like a change but this shop is over priced and going to lose a lot of custom!

Ordered two large pizzas and two sides + drink at 7:30pm on a Saturday, and had everything piping hot by 8pm. Fantastic quality and service for us. nice driver too, and under £30.

We trawled through all the pizzerias in Wokingham when we first arrived and then found Papa John's. They deliver usually well within the 30 minute time slot and the delivery people are always smiling! The pizzas are very good indeed, we often have one on a Saturday.

Ordered food 1.5hrs ago and it still hasn’t arrived.. called at least 45 times with no one picking up the phone.. if your system cannot handle orders then don’t take them.. how difficult this is to build some limits in your systems.. extremely poor experience.. never placing order with you ever again..

Ordered two pizzas and discovered hair in both of them. I understand that mistakes happen but If that wasn't bad enough, I have now complained four times by phone and sent an email with photo evidence. I've been told that the owner will call me. Guess what? No phone call even after a week of waiting. Totally pathetic and definitely won't be using them again.
