As normal no one about so I had to drive once again to BP in Bracknell. So if someone has run out of fuel. I wouldn't recommend this garage at all. Also they shouldn't state that it is 24hrs as the night shift is always asleep.

Fill up petrol today to my surprise tank capacity is 45 liters and filled 46.70 liters. Please avoid this petrol pump looks like machines are rigged. Staff said they can't help need to email on website. Broad daylight robbery.

Totally disgusted they raised the price by 4p a litre on the day that it was to be cut by 5p a litre duty cut. Should be fully ashamed of yourselfs and don't reply with oil prices went up over night as they dropped. I have a receipt of £184.9 from yesterday 22/3/2022 on the day the spring budget statement you put the price up by 4p so the actual price drop will be 1p per litre. I will never use your profitering garage again. Shame on you for squezzing every penny you can out of your once loyal customers

I think one of their diesel fuel tanks is leaking water in, as I filled my car and the fuel economy was shocking. Juddering, lacking power. I filled up again at another garage from empty and the fuel economy and performance returned.

Went to this service station for petrol yesterday; no sanitiser available for customers, attendant said they didn't have any but he'd look later and his mask did not cover his nose. i asked if he had any and he said staff did not have any either but I could buy some. What service excellence!

Had a really nice experience today, came for a car wash and the man unpacking delivery took the time to walk me through how the machine works (ive never used one before!). I didnt even have to ask!Really nice staff, and they have a premotion on at the moment where you get thw £8 wash for £6 :D

My hubby just filled up our vehicle with 10 pounds sterling of Diesel. The car had one stripe before he filled up the car (to show how much fuel is in the car) when we got to the Wokingham train station after filling up the car with 10 pounds (7.3 litres Diesel) the car had no stripes left. The car will normally get 2 stripes when you fill up with 10 pounds.. I went back to the owner/manager to ask about this and told him there must be something wrong with the pump no 4.. He pulled me aside and told me there is nothing wrong with the pump, it must be with our car that there is a problem with. I asked him if he can take down my mobile number and when he realises the pump never gave us any Diesel he must please call me. He just laughed and said he didn't want to have my mobile number. Really upset ! Will not use this Shell station again. We just lost 10 pounds sterling in brought daylight !!

Selling old confectionary! Saturday unknowing to me I brought a packet of Fruit Gums which I later found had a ‘best before’ date of 05/2018. They had subsequently gone hard and in biting the first one I have now lost halve of a tooth! Reported this too them several times on Saturday and typical, no response.
