It was a quiet night, hence the atmosphere rating. A few items were unavailable but the waitress service by Shannon was first class and made up for any minor deficiencies. Our group of 4 were the last to leave on a Sunday night but not at any point were we hustled by either Shannon or the manager, they allowed us to have the evening we wanted to. Thank you, when in the area again we will definitely revisit.

We were out for a Christmas work meal last night and the food was superb. Despite how busy it was the staff did really well. What really made my experience special was the Assistant Manager Kieran. I asked him if he liked my reindeer jumper and he went above and beyond and brought me carrot sticks and milk to complete the outfit, great sense of humour and really brought the table together. Also I hear it's his birthday so happy birthday chap!

I was have meal with my misses and been overcharged. Please very carful check your bill .When I spoke with manager next day about issues she told will call me in 20 minutes but approximately week gone ant still don't reserve call. Very carful...!!!

We went on a Sunday lunchtime so the atmosphere was slightly dulled compared to a Saturday night, but very nice all the same.Food was really good and worth the price tag, but the festive cocktails weren't up to much for £11 a glass!Service was good too, food came out all together, despite it being a large group and staff were friendly and helpful each time we saw them.Overall happy and we'll be back again.

Visited here quite a few times with friends but I won’t be returning now. We were told that they were waiting for a delivery of some of the main courses! A friend had a chicken and Pasta dish which had no taste. She had a chicken salad instead which was just sat on the side for a while with no staff around! To serve it while me and a friend were still eating our main course! This restaurant has certainly gone down hill especially with half a menu! Staff were friendly but service wasn’t that great either! A real shame.

This was meant to be a margarita pizza, it was tasteless other than the basil, how can an Italian restaurant get the basics so badly wrong, awful food, you get a much better pizza from the pub. The chief need to take some lessons from Sour and Ash Pizza in the market on a Friday, they know how to make a margarita
Took my family here for my son’s birthday and we had a lovely time. Good menu, yummy food, 3 course set menu for only £24.95, and the staff were friendly & helpful. There was an error with the bill that they sorted straight away.

** If you want to be ignored and not served, this is the place to come! **I have always enjoyed Zizzis, however, I turned up with my partner for our reservation this evening, which led the restaurant manager seating us in a corner away from everyone else.After having waited for 20 minutes, without even being asked what we’d like to drink, we decided to leave, as we could only imagine how long it was going to take to be asked for food!I am hugely disappointed at the lack of acknowledgment from the members of staff and having to wait 25 minutes to potentially be served for drinks!I will not be coming back to this restaurant again!Unfortunately, I am unable to give a rating for the food as we never made it that far.

Thurs night. Called to reserve a table and they said they were fully booked but can manage a table in@45mins. Walked in 30mins later to a half empty restaurant. Ordered drinks and starters. Starters were OK. Half the beers were not available and the cocktails were really watered down. Mains were fine. Dessert was supposed to be cookie dough with brownie, etc. It was actually a bread base with brownie, etc. :(
