We stopped here for a quick hot drink whilst out shopping. I really wish we hadn’t. Every spare table was filthy and stacked up high with dirty plates and cups. I politely asked the person behind the counter if we could have our table cleaned, they heard me but couldn’t even be bothered to answer. I waited a while then asked another member of staff. Same bizarre response. The Chai Latte I had was tasteless and the gluten free cake selection was very poor.

Only went in for coffee & snack. No atmosphere, coffee was average at best. One member of staff bit rude & indifferent to customers. Better places
Nero is normally nice but my experience in this particular store was dreadful. I was told off twice for calling a regular drink medium instead of regular. The server's attitude was absolutely disgusting. At the beginning I thought it was banter but she was not smiling and her body language was not inviting. She even said to me "stop saying that, we don't do medium" when I mistakenly said medium again when I ordered my second drink. Worst customer service I've ever had. And the email I got when I complained did offer NOTHING. Just said they'd speak to her which I know never happens. I don't think I will go back to Nero after this.

Absolutely love coming here. Their food and drinks are amazing they don't have bad tasting anything their specialities are amazing and my favourite!Only issue is sometimes the tables are dirty but that's usually because they're so busy they haven't had time so if you ask for them to clean it they do and they're not horrible about anything they make the atmosphere amazing!Perfect to work at, do you courses or even just reading a book!
