Don’t order on Uber eats. They take over an hour to deliver. Coffee turns up cold and there are items missing. Happened multiple times. Great coffee but shame about the service. If you can’t handle the amount of orders you shouldn’t be on a delivery app. That’s all I’ll say. Maybe coffee one should employ more staff?

Visited on a Sunday 11th Feb 24. Was busy with a 5min wait in queue. However, tables available.Unfortunately, some tables whilst empty had items left on them and nobody around to clean up. Those tables that were clear needed wiping down.Pannini lovely and cheesecake great. Coffee was luke warm to drink. Wasn't worth complaining about as staff busy.Yes, I'd come again but expectations not met on this occasion.

There is something about this place, despite being a chain it has some charm and atmosphere. Sitting by the window and looking out on the street on a cold day. From all the cafés in Keynsham, I prefer this one.

By far the best coffee shop iv been in! The coffee taste great and the staff are always friendly, smiling and nice to talk with. Steff the manager is a real pleasure always laughing and smiling. I work from a coffee shop 5 day a week and always come here as the coffee is always is consistent and good tasting, the place has a nice atmosphere and is always well maintained and clean. The staff are welcoming and always have time for a chat and a go above and beyond with service level.

Love this place! All the staff are so friendly and coffees are always delicious! The young female manager is always so friendly and it's such a fun, jovial atmosphere when she's in which is rare to see. The team are really good at remembering their regular customers which is a nice touch. Will be in again soon for more great coffee and service!
