Love this place, warm friendly, manager amazing and cannot do enough for you, service was 1st class, wasn't going to go in..but manager welcomed me and advised me to go upstairs where I could work in a quiet environment..big company's need to remember people make the difference. If it wasn't for the manager there I would not have gone in or bought anything.. I often pop in and it's relaxed and friendly. I went in and informed the lady I haf had a bad allergic reaction to something and was concerned as I had the child I look after with me. The lady was kind and attentive - she put me at ease and made it all much easier! Thank you very much. And the drinks are great too!
