Was disappointed by the fact I ordered a Chai latte. Paid it, then get informed they dont have cinamon for it. Wouldnt of have ordered a drink in the first place.

really rude blonde lady with her hair in a ponytail. me \\u0026 my boyfriend finished our food \\u0026 drinks so thought we would help out by putting our stuff on the tray \\u0026 taking it to the front for them. She then completely blanked me so I asked ‘do you want me to put this here to make it easier for you’ \\u0026 she responds in a really rude way ‘OK’. I was only trying to help. I wish I left my food / drinks on the table now.

Really disappointed with this costa. My normal costa in chepstow serves a much stronger coffee. Had a latte today and it tasted like warm milk. Took it back to the till and complained it was weak and the staff didn't offer to replace just add another shot and charge me for it. Still didn't taste right so suspect coffee beans are old or not enough used. Won't come here again. Staff not knowledgeable or concerned with consumer experience

Not had anything from Costa in a while, and I was very disappointed with the coffee that I got for my me and my girlfriend, it was very tasteless. Staff were very friendly but the coffee was a let down.

Busy when we got in but the staff were fast in the que serving us. Nice that we can use eat in glasses/ china cups as not many restaurants do due to staff shortages. Aero mint hot chocolate was with a subtle but noticeable mint flavour, latte had a little to much foam but no latte art but still up to standard. Temperatures of the drinks were spot on, couldn't fault. Tables were always clean and good space to sit, however one of the booths had a rip in them putting us of to sit in them. One of my favourite coffee shop branches every coffee shop exceeds my expectations.

Did the classic thing of leaving my wallet with my wife and asking for a medium size drink and only being able to afford a small. The lady serving me (Kat I believe her name was) made me a medium size and charged me for a small. I hope this doesn't get her in trouble, but it certainly made me feel very grateful and very confident of recommending this place if you have people like that working.
