I use this Costa a lot during the weekdays, and everything is normally fine, with great coffee and service, however the past 3 Saturdays I have attempted to get a coffee before going to work, and although it states it is supposed to open at 8am, the past 3 weeks they have not actually opened until around 8.15 (or later), even though I have been able to see employees inside at 8am. It is frustrating that on Saturdays they can't seem to be bothered about adhering to opening times.

Staffs are friendly and service is good.Classic Costa café. One of the bathroom was broken. Wi-fi was fast enough.Tried the hot milkshake. I liked this concept tbh. Lifts up life on a chilly day ?

I love this branch in particular. It has a different atmosphere and delicious coffee with cinnamon, but it needs to clean the seats and the bathroom is dirty Likewise, forks and knives need to be washed more than once. I take a fork and a knife and scrub it
