Met my mother At the bay horse the other day for a catch up and some food. 5⭐️ all a round. Staff were absolutely amazing! So polite patient and helpful. Food was lovely, it was served at the perfect temperature and very quickly. Drinks were cold and refreshing. Staffed served us with a smile on their face the whole time. This homely pub is a really lovely refuge in Bristol's busy city centre - easily my favourite in the area. The décor is bright and vibrant, there's an extensive selection of beers, and the bar staff have always been friendly, engaging and helpful. Went there while out doing Christmas shopping and was the first time back after many years. Lovely atmosphere and food was great and reasonably priced. Returned again a few weeks later, very busy, but didn't have to wait too long for food, which again was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.
