I order from Domino’s Pizza every week and the amount of times my pizza has came freezing cold cheese rockhard is unbelievable. Try ringing the store to tell them and they don’t answer the phone or they answer the phone and then put the phone down on you complain to head office and they reimburse me once the second and third time they done nothing, lush pizzas when they’re hot

That’s what you call thin and crispy.Called the store to complain and I’ve been told that this is normal and if they will make another one will be probably burnt again ?Decided to go to the store because the way I have been spoken to by a young lady was unacceptable. Wasn’t better at the store… 2 really disrespectful women laughing after I left.

We used to enjoy Dominos as while it's always been very expensive, the pizza is tasty (although they often make mistakes with the order or forget dips). However I've just gone to order for the family, saw that they are now charging £24 for a large pizza and TEN POUNDS for a tiny personal pizza! So I've cancelled the other. I wouldn't pay that much of it was delivered by Dan Stevens in his under crackers.

Had a pizza from this place while i stayed at family's house.i always order from dominos in my area and never have i had that delivered! If that very burnt and slapped together pizza was quality checked and given the okay you need to give your head a wobble!

Pizza was tasty but the pizza was over cook and the cutting needs traning with staff and new equipment rang up to let them of what had done on and just got attitude from the person on the phone will be going papa johns from now on

When receiving our order the delivery driver only turned up with only pizza and a drink after nearly £50 worth of food when I corrected and said it was the wrong stuff and we should of had more he was considering if he had it or not we only ended up with less then we ordered… after ringing up the lady put us on hold and then didn’t even pick the phone back up absolutely disappointed in the service we have received.

The only reason, I give a 4?review....Was because, I asked for an itemized receipt! And was told we don't do them???So I asked another member of staff, and the experienced member of staff ,knew exactly what to do. ??Confidence is everything.If a member of staff don't know? Or understand a question!. They should ask their more experienced Peres.Other than that. Your employees were brilliant

While writing this my friends and I have been waiting over an hour and a half for our food, rang up over 20 minutes ago and all they could say is “your pizzas will be with you within 2-3 minutes” it’s been over 30 minutes now and we still haven’t received our food, been calling for over 10 minutes with no response however when we did finally get an answer there was no-one at the other end; just background noise of people talking. Completely unacceptable.

Awful customer service!! Never ordering from here again. Tip for the rude person behind the til, when someone speaks respectfully to you, you do the same back. No manners what so ever, your mother must be so proud. What a joke.
