I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Black Horse Pub in Kingswood, and I can't say enough positive things about it. This cozy and characteristic pub is a true gem in the area.The attention to detail, especially in the wall art, is intentional and cohesive. First time of visiting the Black Horse. Went to see the Innes Sibun Blues Band. They were fabulous and there was plenty of room to dance. Met some nice people there, hoping to see them again at future gigs. Will definitely be back to the Black Horse. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Quiet night tonight but genuinely friendly landlady/landlord. Easy going pub. Didn't eat. Great bands on nights when music is on. Probably the most beautiful puppy behind the bar that I have ever seen. Really down to earth pub. Not pretentious, just a proper pub ?.
