Waited a long time for delivery and then delivered to wrong address. When I called they blamed me and did nothing. I asked for the manager over the phone after my order said it had been delivered and I heard him say I’m too busy.

Wish I could give it 1 star, ordered at 22:10, 50 mins before closing. App said it was delivered at 35 mins past esng them up and the lied saying the app was "malfunctioning" and that it would be delivered. Pizza was never delivered and I had to go through PayPal for a refund

Delivery guy never can find my place and also extra cheese here equals marinara, i recommend to get pizza from somewhere else.

Very bad customer service indeed. Just told they don’t accept payment over the phone, just last week I paid over the phone. Delivery always late and even they put the phone off. If you have drivers shortage be upfront instead of coming up with silly excuses. Will never order food from this badly managed store.

Delivery arrived more than 1 and a half hours after the tracker reported "out for delivery", despite my home being a 10 minute walk away from their building. Furthermore, this caused some of the sides to become cold and thus substandard. The customer service over the phone was also poor. I have used this service multiple times and have had problems involving undelivered sides more than once. The good quality of the pizzas themselves saved this from becoming a total disaster.
