Picked up the mozzarella and cheese bites along with the halloween doughnut. Didn't enjoy the mozzarella and cheese bites. Enjoyed the halloween doughnut, especially the apple jam inside. Would love for this doughnut to be on the menu full time. The restaurant was very busy so found it hard to get to the seats.

Went in for a coffee and snack. I asked for two vegan sausage rolls and two coffees. I was told that I would have to wait 20 mins for them to bake so had to veggie bakes instead. When I got back to the table I discovered the bakes were cold and took them back to be reheated. I was informed that if they kept the heating on in the display unit Gregg's would have to charge more! The coffee was undrinkable. The staff were scruffy. Have never had these problems in other Gregg's. Avoid like the plague! Had to give one star otherwise I couldn't post.

Miserable experience between huge delays to carrying box faults. Then being asked if I payed for the goods because they took so long.Further the staff then asked why I was offended due to their mistake,Stick to local places with better customer service.

As you would expect from the chain, shame not to be asked what sauce id like in my breakfast roll, do not just assume everyone wants red sauce better to not put any in and ask if wanted

This is a place of relaxation and the people their are good and reasonable.
The security causes more problems than the public do.Half of them should be fired.They would rather filth with 14 year olds then deal with an actual problem.Sick and sad.
