Good pizza and a decent pub. Advisable to book especially if there is "something on" upstairs. My Dad paid for the meal, so I can't comment on the price.Parking is limited to the residential side streets.This is not somewhere I would visit generally because I live in east Bristol, but as we were seeing Stephen K Amos, it worked out well.It was extremely warm upstairs and the pub was almost empty when the show had finished around 10:20pm.We did aslo have to get a stamp on our hands...read full review
The Sunday lunch was nice, but we were sitting on benches, which I don't feel is great when eating a three course meal. Especially with elderly grandparents. (We did request not to sit on them).The food was great, but they had already run out of some of the starters, which, considering, is a small choice, was a little disappointing. I usually attend the Jazz Club on Thursdays. It's very busy on Comedy Nights. Good selection of craft beers but beer on pump stopped a while ago. I heard the pizzas are good but haven't tried one. Can be very noisy! ? ??
