Arrived mid afternoon made very welcome by both the reception and bar restaurant staff. Had a couple of coffees while waiting to pick up friends from Bristol airport which is only a five minute drive away , these brought to our table by a very pleasant girl who was also working in the restaurant. Took cases upto our room which was very comfortable and well equipped. Sorry to say I recommended this hotel to my friends who wanted to stay elsewhere before a short break flying from Bristol Airport. I recommended it based on stays we have had in the past here, when it was in a better state of repair. The first disappointment was that contrary to what it says on the website and what we have done before, you can't do a sleep/park/fly package anymore. I stayed at this hotel before an early flight to Bristol and would only recommend if you can't find anywhere else. It was overpriced for what it was and you're still more of a trek to the airport that is ideal. There's also virtually nothing nearby so don't expect much in the way of entertainment.
