Expensive, small portions, cold. I asked for hot chicken and I got returned the same chicken I handed because there was piece of chicken in it that had been bitten. I hope it was mine and not someone else’s. I love KFC. The service was quick but the quality of the food was poor.

Visited KFC Cribbscauseway today, complaint to head office !! Plus seeking refund.Worst customer service I have ever received in 40 years, the assistant manager needs a lesson on customer care, and to listen which is the most important part of the Job.Please can the Area Manager reply to my complaint and email Asap !!!!The service I have received is totally unacceptable and they definitely need to know there policy and procedures when an assistant manager role is given to untrained personnel.Worst KFC I have ever visited !!!!!!!!Dreadful experience and food order not honoured ?, do not go there !!!!!! Rip off to say the least and do not honour the orderBought 4 tower box meals and drinks, cost £47.56, staff, no chicken bites in order, and didn’t get my drinks as they handed me a big bag and said there you go, I realised I didn’t have the drinks and phoned them up and spoke to the Assistant manager, he said sorry and said call back in and I refund the order for the 4 drinks and bites, drove back there and the so call Assistant manager said he couldn’t refund the drinks as they part of the meal, ( Breaking the law) I said don’t be silly you asked me to drive over to you and your refund the 4 drinks as I never took them as never given, he said you didn’t take them and we can’t refund as they were in the meal, I asked him if I left them and he agreed but said no refund which is ridiculous and they have ripped me off for around £9 which is actually theft in my eyes.The Assitant manager was very rude ( Nathan) and unreasonable and not prepared to listen or refund of which I never had, the drinks, plus the cost of the fuel to do a return visit.Again would you agree dreadful service ????Please beware of the terrible service in this KFC it’s not very good in the seems of it and your be talked to like something you step in !!!!!I will be putting in a major complaint and taking up with their Managing Director along with trading standards.I spent over £47 and was treated like scum and got ripped off for £9 which is unacceptable and breaks all retail laws.Again will be complaining to the CEO and want a refund for drinks not received, please contact directly as your be concerned about the service I received Today in one of your restaurant chain stores.RegardsA very unhappy customer

Chicken etc was lovely but the chips. I wish there was an option to swap the chips for something else when buying a box meal as KFC chips are not nice at all. Super

It's a lot of money for what it is. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and fries and a coffee for £7..49 all 3 pieces are different sizes. And very small portion of fries. The white Americano I did enjoy.Parking: Plenty of free parking for a limited time

Food portions were tiny, rice was overcooked, chicken wasn’t fully coated. However, one positive was the service was very quick. My recommendation would be to head to KFC Shield Retail Park 10mins away if you can - food is strangely cheaper, and portion sizes are much better.

They need to sort this place out. Old chicken was served, and it did give us a hard time. The staff members are friendly, but the chicken was definitely more than the holding time capacity.
