Lovely customer service. We visit it every time after the cinema. It's usually very full on the weekends.Kid-friendliness: The staff is very friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the ground floor and they have a wheelchair-accessible toilet that is checked regularly and cleaned as often.
We went on the drive through. They had so big bumps that I nearly lost the exhaust. And my car is not that low. Ordered two meals, got one meal and a sandwich. When I asked what they charged me for after look into the bag they confirmed one meal and a sandwich. When I explained I ordered two meals the said we did not charge you for the second meal. Food portions were tiny, rice was overcooked, chicken wasn’t fully coated. However, one positive was the service was very quick. My recommendation would be to head to KFC Shield Retail Park 10mins away if you can - food is strangely cheaper, and portion sizes are much better.
