A small cafe with a bonus of a great range of American type doughnuts. Moved from it's original location in Cabot Circus, aways busy with customers looking for their favourite doughnuts and drinks. Staff friendly and helpful working hard to keep the flow of customers satisfied and moving. Now the only Krispy Kreme with inside seating. Don't count the calories if you indulge here!

Excellent service, fast, efficient, polite. One member of staff makes an exceptional effort to check for allergies with everyone, the other doesn't but I wouldn't exactly fault them. They had my large order for a family party out and ready in under 2 minutes.

I really do miss warm original glaze donuts, many years ago when Krispy Kreme came to the UK, the Birmingham Selfridges would hand out fresh samples of original glaze.\\n\\nAmazed to find they now do this in Bristol Cabot circus. Just amazing, difference in taste in undeniable.

Terrible service by a member of ur staff brought a dozen mixed krispy kremes ask for a dozen glazed kremes was told they only had 8 on the shelf ! Really rude and unhelpful , wouldn’t sell us the 8 glazed kremes ! Wouldn’t go back

Called in after work and asked if happy hour deal of free warm doughnut with any purchase was still on. Was told yes but then the member of staff then proceeded to try charge me for it. When I pointed out it should be free the member of staff could only star at me blankly. Not worth the hastle.

Waiting in the same queue as people waiting for a free donut for a while. When we finally wanted to actually buy a dozen glazed we’ve been told they might not have any left even tho they were being made in front of us and the trolley was half full with the glazed donuts. ?No bag, definitely no free donut, no ‘thank you, bye’. As if they were doing us some huge favour giving us something we paid for.
