Absolutely APPALLED at the “manager” ive just spoken to.My order arrived cold and with no sauce. I phoned up asking for help and I have never in my life been spoken to in such a confrontational, rude and unhelpful manner. No apology, just someone telling me to “hurry up”.I’m shocked. Vile man

0 stars for this place, I'm so sick of it,They can't even deliver a pizza in the local area without having a ton of problems,Food didn't arrived, spoke to a woman on the phone that said I could receive my refund but then changed her mind and said I had to contact deliveroo, why should I contact them when I ordered threw pizza hut not deliveroo, just stealing people's money at this point, staff member wouldn't give me her name as she new her customer service sucked, she made a point of stating I shouldn't expect much as its pizza hut, but I don't bloody expect my money to get taking when food was not provided!! . SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND DON'T ORDER FROM HERE

Never going there again absolute shambles, ordered my food at 1:20pm I never got to see my food because it never arrived, I tried contacting customer service but they told me I had to try online which I tried also but there is no number or anything to get a refund, so I thought I would ring the store but I was ringing the store multiple times up but no one was answering so I decided to walk up to the shore because at this point I was just annoyed of waiting however when I got there they were closed I was confused why because on there door they have a opening sign saying Monday to Sunday they open at 11am and when you go online it says they were open and there online orders were on, so after wasting my trip I went home and waited until 5:30pm when someone actually answered the phone, they were not helpful at all and didn’t seem to care that I wasted my whole day trying to get a refund, the employee got me to wait again and that they would call me back when the manager got there at 6pm, 6pm passes by nothing from them so I ended up calling the store myself but what a shock they didn’t answer the phone I was ringing the store multiple times again up until 7pm and finally I was speaking with the manager but yet he wasn’t that helpful either he was just telling me the same thing that i was told, no one has given me any apologise they were just rude and unhelpful, if you are thinking about ordering from here DO NOT bother you will just be wasting your time.

Delivery was late and missing item. Called them and they just said contact customer services whose reply was just “it was a free item” and they’re not going to do anything !! I’d avoid them as they think they can deliver what they like and keep your money!!
